What does cold pressed mean ?
Cold pressed refers to extracts of oils at low temperatures without the use of heat or chemicals. As such, nutrients, aroma and natural flavour are preserved and maximised.
Do you use any traditional methods for milling your flours?
Yes! Our traditional stone grinders, or Gharats, are used to produce flour. This method helps retain the nutrients of the flour as it does not heat the flour during milling.
